HAPPY SATURDAY!! Thank you guys so much for your feedback about the hash brown casserole recipe!! So many of you requested the recipe so I thought it would be easy to put it on my blog for you guys to come back to! I saved the video on my IG highlights if you wanted to watch me make it again!
But anyway – let’s get into the recipe!! *Be sure to tag me on IG if you make this recipe!!*
What you’ll need:
1 Package of Shredded Potatoes (cubed potatoes would work too, I want to try them next!!) – 20 oz.
1 can of cream of chicken soup (10.75 ounces)
2 cups of shredded cheese
3/4 of reduced fat sour cream (you can use regular sour cream, I just chose reduced fat!)
1/4 cup of butter, melted
Onion Powder (the original recipe calls for 1/4 cup of chopped onions but I don’t like onions so I substitute e with onion powder!)
1 1/2 cups of corn flakes, crushed
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
